To provide tax filing, GST compliance, accounting, and legal notice representation, we collect only necessary personal and financial data. This includes: contact details (name, phone number, email address), government identifiers (PAN, Aadhaar numbers for e-verification), financial records (Form 16, bank statements, broker trading P&L), and business documents (incorporation certificates, invoices, rent agreements).
2. How Your Data is Used
Information provided is strictly utilized to compute tax liabilities, draft statutory returns, reconcile purchase/sales registers, and submit official filings on designated government portals (Income Tax Department, GSTN, MCA). We do not use your financial data for advertising, nor do we sell, rent, or trade your records with third-party data brokers.
3. Document Security & Confidentiality
All electronic communications through our website are secured via 256-bit SSL encryption. Documents shared over WhatsApp or email are accessed exclusively by assigned Chartered Accountants, advocates, and authorized case managers. Client files are stored in isolated, access-controlled repositories.
4. Data Retention
We retain copies of filed acknowledgments (ITR-V, GSTR receipts, challans) to assist clients in future scrutiny, audit, or loan processing requests. Clients may request permanent deletion of their working draft documents from our active records upon completion of their engagement by emailing help@easyfile.in.
